Connectronics specialises in custom-made complex military wiring harness and cable assemblies. We manufacture wire harnesses of all types, from miniature wire subassemblies to the large, complex wire harnesses used in helicopters, fighter jets and military vehicles. Many of these harnesses have hundreds of components and connectors that require precision soldering and crimping, and must perform flawlessly under highly rugged conditions.

Connectronics manufacturing process includes many specialized functions, including cutting and following cables to specific lengths, routing the proper insulators for wiring applications, connector placements, wire marking, shunting, welding, moulding and soldering.
